I was really impressed with the service. I have an expensive gaming laptop and I didn't want to just take this anywhere so I checked the reviews before I came here. My laptop has liquid metal cooling and when I've been gaming it randomly dies. Took it here and they investigated it for me. They found that the liquid metal had been running off causing bald spots and scorching, likely caused by leaving it upright instead of flat. They opened it up, cleaned and polished the components and replaced the liquid cooling, then finally they ran stress tests through the night and everything seems good! Very reasonable for the prices too and they were very transparent and upfront with everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had some concerns about the performance of my laptop so took it to this shop which is conveniently situated in Gosforth near the High Street, bus stops and a car park. They looked at the issues, called me, reported their findings and recommended work to be done,. They then ordered parts and did an excellent job of repair at a good price and in good time. Most importantly, as I am a dinosaur with computers, the kind man gave me some good tips for the future. Very impressed and please to have a good, helpful computer shop locally.

I went in for help with my laptop as it couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. The man who helped me was lovely. He explained the issue to me and had it fixed in 5 minutes. I offered to pay for the help, but he wouldn't let me. Great service, will definitely be back!

10/10 Service...I recently had my laptop's LCD screen repaired at PC Workshop, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The team, specifically Rob, was professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a clear explanation of the repair process, including the cost and estimated turnaround time. The pricing was fair, and the repair was completed faster than expected. My laptop screen now looks as good as new. The service was quick, efficient, and far better than dealing with the manufacturer. I highly recommend this workshop for laptop repairs. Their expertise, efficiency, and excellent customer service make them a top choice for tech repairs in Newcastle!

Came to PC Workshop for a broken laptop screen. Initially went to a reputable repair shop that kept it for 3 weeks only to tell me they couldn't fix it. Had all but given up hope that it could be repaired but decided to try PC Workshop. Was shocked that they not only managed to repair it, but did so at a reasonable price, within a few days and with excellent customer service. They even closed up the frame nicely. Highly recommended! Would definitely go back to them again.

Went in with a Macbook Pro 2017 and i believed there was throttling issues due to the excessive overheating so did my research and believed getting a new battery and removing the dust would be a good idea. After a couple of days they called me back and told me it was corrupted rather than being hardware issues. They saved me so much money with their honesty! Constant communication between me and them meant i didn't feel like i was waiting without knowledge of what was actually happening. Superb service, really polite and would highly recommend! if you are unsure about your laptop or PC just have a chat with them as they are great at simplifying what needs doing.

Absolutely fantastic! Couldn't recommend them enough. They managed to retrieve all of my data from a corrupt hard drive. They did not give me false hope, they were very honest and kept me updated with the progress and the price. They were friendly, professional and approachable, even giving me advise about other IT related issues. I will certainly be coming back!

Got a custom rig built. The guys were super helpful, planned out everything for my budget and built me something better than I even expected. Absolutely brilliant.

Thought I'd be shopping for a new computer but after a trip to PC Workshop I'm now £1000 better off. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my laptop and quickly repaired. Great communications throughout the process. Thoroughly recommend this business.
